NeuromodulatorsSoften expression lines while keeping your natural look

Woman in her thirties, relaxed face, calm gaze

Some lines appear even when skin is still firm and well supported. These are expression lines: they form because a muscle contracts in the same spot, day after day. They often show on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes, and sometimes along the jaw and neck.

Neuromodulators act precisely on that cause. They temporarily reduce the activity of certain targeted muscles to soften the movements that create or deepen the folds. The goal is not to erase your personality or freeze your face: it is to keep your expressions, with a more rested, softer and more balanced look.

The first effects usually begin to appear 3 to 7 days after treatment. The full result shows gradually, then lasts on average 3 to 4 months, depending on the area treated, your muscle strength, your metabolism and the product used.

Areas treated

Upper face

Glabella
Also called frown lines, this area between the brows can give a stern, tired or worried look, even at rest.
Forehead
Neuromodulators can soften the horizontal lines caused by repeated eyebrow movement.
Crow’s feet
The small lines at the outer corner of the eyes can be softened while keeping a natural expression.
Bunny lines
These fine lines appear on each side of the nose when you smile or scrunch your nose.
Brows
In some cases, treatment can help slightly open or balance the eyes, depending on the person’s muscle dynamics.

Lower face

Upper lip / lip flip
The lip flip targets the muscle around the mouth so a little more of the upper lip shows when you smile. It does not add volume: if the goal is more volume or a redefined lip contour, hyaluronic acid may be a better option.
Lines around the mouth
When muscle movement contributes to fine lines around the mouth, targeted treatment can help soften them.
Dimpled chin (“orange peel”)
Treating the chin muscle can smooth the crumpled or grainy look that appears when it contracts.
Masseters
This area can be assessed when the jaw muscles are very developed or very active. Treatment can help reduce their strength and, for some people, gradually soften a square lower face.
Jawline
Some targeted injections can help balance the muscles that pull the lower face downward, for a more relaxed and harmonious contour. The result depends on your anatomy, your skin firmness and the real cause of the laxity.

Neck and Nefertiti lift

Neck bands
Visible vertical bands on the neck are often linked to platysma activity. Neuromodulators can help soften them when they are dynamic or especially active.
Nefertiti lift
This treatment targets the platysma, the broad muscle running from the neck to the jaw. It can include the neck bands and certain areas along the jaw to soften downward muscle pull and improve the balance of the neck and lower face.

We will then propose a treatment plan suited to your anatomy and your goal: to prevent, soften, balance or refresh your appearance, without changing who you are.
