The marks left by time and by scars.
An acne scar, a mark from an injury, an area where skin lost its texture: these are settled damage, and no cream reaches them deeply.
Microneedling works differently. Fine needles create micro-channels that force skin to repair itself, and so to rebuild collagen where it is missing. Texture changes before tone does.
Expect six to eight sessions, though improvement shows from the first ones. Skin stays pink for a few hours, sometimes a day.
